@pedjalaya well i cant really, cuz i never had singing lessons, but it is years of work for sure, i have a 2 years old version of this song sang by me, and god thats sucks compared to this, but at the time i thought i was an 'okay' singer than! haha, so i think as you sing much the muscles around your vocal chords are growing just like you would work out your biceps on your arm or something. and if you have enough muscles and can control them than you can achive the desired sound-tone easier.
@pedjalaya it isnt something you learn it is something you feel the sound doesnt come from your throat it comes from your chest and stomach aka diaphragm he sings really well I wanna know how he made jonathan davis voice so quiet
@bloodred110191 I agree with you that it's something you feel. But since he managed to sing it like that, very close to JD, I just asked him if he cares to explain the singing technique, if he realizes how his vocal engine works. And I have to correct you in one thing. The sound doesn't come from your chest, or diaphragm. The sound is just pushed from there. Vocal cords and/or throat produce the sound itself, or partially your throttle (or windpipe, depending on how you call it) while growling.
@bloodred110191 I ran out of characters. :) One more thing. Check out JD's live album "Alone I Play". The back vocals sing using the same technique in some songs, so it can be learned. Try "Dirty" or "Hushabye". That's what comes first. Anyways, I'm a musician, and I have played and recorded in so many studios I can't remember anymore for many, many bands. Never have I heard Someone properly singing something that is similar to JD's technique.
Dude, I'd really like to know your singing technique...
I realize that it's more than just screaming, otherwise your voice would snap in a moment. Care to explain?
