In austrilia we have very differant car seats we use the seat belt path as well as the teather strap the anchors on the back of ur car our seats look alot safer then some of the ones i have seen on here but i love watching and all that gr8 guys

Not all infant seat handles have to be down anymore -- at least 1 is required to be up in the up position.... He covers the issue by stressing the need to read both carseat + vehicle manuals first :)

It would have been nice if they had gone over the proper placement of the carrying handle of the car seat itself.
