Has anyone noticed these charades didn't occur as much in Nyanza? It seems to me like a political problem. These people come from regions with numerous political parties and so the acrimony is caused by greedy politicians. Kenyans have therefore not learned anything from 2008, poor people it seems like more blood and IDPs come 2013.

Some advice for the people taking these hearings. They need to take down the names and id numbers of all the members in session and any member in the session creating disturbance needs to be walked out by police officers. If the person decides to return he can be arrested for disturbing a legal meeting.
