  • That young man fighting a mzee? Ooh boy what .will he gain with the fight? He should be very ashamed. How the hell can members of community refuse splitting constituencies? You get a fairer cdf that way and the leadership gets closer to mwananchi.

  • Kenya is a Kulahappy commedy Nation

  • Has anyone noticed these charades didn't occur as much in Nyanza? It seems to me like a political problem. These people come from regions with numerous political parties and so the acrimony is caused by greedy politicians. Kenyans have therefore not learned anything from 2008, poor people it seems like more blood and IDPs come 2013.

  • @slytheron Didnt happen in nyanza because nyanza they take what they are given with no question,if odinga read and said it is ok it must be ok. upumbavu style.

  • @junelinternational Uh buddy, compare my point to yours and you will see that a mine makes some sense and isn't a blanket statement but actually a theory. "it seems to me..." Notice that genius? My argument is actually fact based, Nyanzans mostly support one party, and thus my point. Yours however sounds no different than that made by a watchman or shambaboy; based on good old Kenyan tribalism and hate.

  • Some advice for the people taking these hearings. They need to take down the names and id numbers of all the members in session and any member in the session creating disturbance needs to be walked out by police officers. If the person decides to return he can be arrested for disturbing a legal meeting.

  • @kenyannewsanalyst That's not very bright man, this is a free country, at least most of the time, and so they're free to make all the noise they want at the end of the day, somebody will win and someone will lose and the latter will always be Wanjiku.

  • You can't please everyone. At the end of the day its going to be give an take solution.

  • Its good to know your rights, but you don't have to fight to be a man. use wisdom old men and women.

  • It is good Kenyans are aware of their rights but, this barbaricand hooliganism need to end. People need to reason like human beings and not fight like animals.

  • preview of elections 2012/2013

  • @jamaatuu I hope not. That is a bad precedent. Kenya cannot afford to descend into new chaos after the last horrific post-election violence. I got my fingers crossed.

  • JOKES WOW!!!!!
