Would be great as a MARS vehicle, but the center of gravity is too high for a ATV (ATEV) and you'll need to wear sun tan lotion or you'll fry in the sun... impractical design, great for a an amusement park tho.

Even though everything on it seems to wobble about violently, the driver ist constantly shaken around in it. And, why build something with such a high center of gravity. The bloody thing is just prone to falling over on its face. Uselss and not art at all, since art equals "nice to the eye".

Water is an obstacle in which an ATV would drive through while driving on the underwater ground. Although it could potentially travel at high speed and simply hydroplane. An ATV that is designed to stay on top of the water would be an amphibious ATV.
