I have one vn 800 too, here in Brazil. I like it very much. There some friends of mine that has HD... sounds good, but i prefer my bike. She's on customization now, but maybe in more few weeks she's ok. I'll post a video, soon...

Sounds cool! This is the number one Japanese bike that can sound the closest to an HD bike. The 400cc bike motor sound is so close when I went to the shop it was running and I thought it was an HD just by the sound from a block away! But thats all over now it's going to be an electric bike! Did you see the pic's of when I bought it and when I fixed it and what it looked like just before I tore it down?? I customized it and it had a sea side shift and suiside clutch just like my HD's in the US!

It might be, but when I got this bike in 2006 I wanted an HD but couldn't aford one here in Japan because a shit box is $30,000 + here so I got the only bike in Japan (They say) is the closest to the sound of a HD bike, besides the Honda Steed. When I got off the train to walk to the shop they had my bike ready and I herd it. I told my wife wow thats an HD I hope mine sounds like that. Well it was my bike. I've rode HD for 16 years in the USA and it fooled me! It's a great bike!
