The reason the rings looked different from voyager one to voyager two was photo editing/creating.. this is damage control for the fact that we have absolutely no real space program... satellites can not be used as evidence of our space program considering the majority of our actual satellites are placed in our own atmosphere... most photos from satellites out of our atmosphere have been proven to be faked and or edited heavily... start reading about zionists.. bergrun is one.

a lot of these former nasa people get extremely close to the whole new age agenda which is nothing more than a refinement of the previous religions/mind control... the catholic church used to stage exorcisms and other "miracles"... why would we think that practice ever stopped... because we "want" to believe. not saying there isnt life out there at all.. just not the easily disprovable stuff that comes from former nasa employees... its probably even way bigger and crazier than THEY make it sound

Whats interesting is that people who research this stuff either a... completely disregard ANYTHING coming from ANYONE associated with nasa... or b. gladly use information from people associated with nasa IF it fits their belief while still believing that the majority of what we are told is a lie... Im going to go a different route... im going to believe that certain employees are picked to intentionally be given false information so as to still have a "credible" nasa tag behind their name...

@gilligan80 I will go out of my way to let you and anyone else that have any doubts about what this brave man(Dr. Norman Bergrun who is now 83 yrs. old) is telling nothing but the "TRUTH". @Straightsix76 These Objects are known as EMV's (Electro Magnetic Vehicles) they are contrlled by a civilization that "built" this solar system. You can find them on every planet and moons of this system. I have been researching for 7 years non stop and can show you "THINGS" that will blow anybody's mind. their home base it's on the SUN. I think the White dot could be one of sat urns orbiting moonlets. There are a dozen or so tiny icy rocks...that's just my guess.

If you watch in full screen mode, at 6:35 there is a small white dot at the lower right hand corner of the screen that seems to be traveling downward. What is that?
