  • The natural way is tbe best way. Creams, pills and oitment are for short term critical conditions.

  • Ok, pimples aren't pretty much pus, there's other crap like you said in Death of Acne 101 (DoA 101, lol). Pus, I think, is just a part of it

  • 1. If it meant never ever getting acne, I gladly would have slept with you for this info. I know you're probably not gay, I'm just saying that to show how far I would go to properly treat acne. 2. To answer your second question, drying out your face doesnt work because pimples are pretty much pus, which comes to help moisten or whatever dry skin. I would know because I have pustular psoriasis. To help treat acne, you should moisturize your skin, not dry the hell out of it

  • what makeup do you recommend for the detox/transitioning phase?

  • This was awesome should I detox and how long will it take for my skin to recover and be nice i dont have bad acne but it's still there please reply

  • acne is hereditary, its the result of clogged pores from an overproduction of sebum. There is no great secret behind it, wash your face to get rid of the sebum, exfoliate to get rid of the dead skin cells so they wont clog your pores and use some benzyl peroxide for your zits that occur. Dont let thses companies exploit you, so what if you have acne? Is america that superficial?

  • With additives like msg, disodium guanylate-inosinate, & everything else that is added to American foods... No wonder people have acne in large numbers.

  • Thanks for sharing your advice and information on getting rid of acne and getting clear skin!

If you have any questions about acne or breakouts let me know... I'm sure I can help!

    Thanks!

    David "The Skin" King

  • That is Brillant.

  • You should be a teacher! Great job! I just subscribed! :)

  • how come there are people who can eat junk food and still have perfectly clear skin?

  • @sogoodgiz It is because candida, the leading cause of acne and other symptoms, affects everyone differently. But, people who have acne should be very thankful for their bodies; without acne, how will your body remove all of its toxins? It wont be able to, if the colon, the main elimination organ, isn't functioning correctly thus creating even MORE complications in the body. Think about it, acne isnt ANYTHING when compared to other things like cancer or diabetes.Acne, without a doubt, is curable

  • One of the only people that I've seen that talks straight up sense in a long time. Thanks for setting things straight.

  • You are so handsome. Good video

  • nice video. :) thumbs up

  • @jiannj Hey! We are actually in the middle of a transition period in the company(so the website will be down for a few weeks). We are going to be releasing a totally revamped HOME STUDY COURSE for the most complete holistic acne treatment information available anywhere in the world! I will announce the new launch day over the next 3 weeks so if you'd like to know first then feel free to subscribe to our channel. Sorry it can't be sooner I'm swamped studying in Med School right now :) - Cheers!

  • I'd love to have you as a teacher, you're really good at explaining. Anyway, very interesting! Thanks!

  • Hey! I like these ideas. I noticed that when I take in more water and take the Acai berry supplements which clean you out, I see a change in my skin! Cleaner diets do help the skin!!

  • Just wondering, how come there are very overweight people who have perfect skin and "fit" or "skinny" people who have terrible acne? I mean, toxins are the major reason for weight gain, so wouldn't all the overweight people be breaking out and all skinny people having great skin?

  • @katenka92 i've wondered this very same thing for a long time. i honestly think acne sufferers including myself probably has one or all of the following: hormonal imbalance; dysfunction of the liver; poor digestive system...lol. but that's just my opinion.

  • @pinkklash thank you for exposing his lie and misinformation

  • After several consecutive fasts and diet changes I can say with confidence that your methods do not work for me. I have tried the juice fasting method found in Acne no More, the apple fast method in Acne Free in 3 days, and your probiotic fermentation methods along with food combinations and refined foods avoidation. Acne perhaps is caused by diet for a signicantly low percentage of the population who suffer from the imbalance such as yourself, but hormones are the main cause I'm afraid.

  • deathofacne, sorry to say but these peopole are dumb...

ain't these the same people who said obesity is a disease

what's nexts? eating food doesn't make u fat, it's just a disease u got.. sux to be u

    lmao

  • Acne is cause by hormonal imbalance. Plenty of people eat junks food but still have no acne, im sure everyone seen people like this. So acne is cause by hormonal imbalance, just find ways to reduce sebums in your face so bacteria have no ways to grow in your face and you will not have acne.

  • @jiannj

People fear people who speak the truth if the truth does not coincide with their beliefs.

  • @pinkklash I have read extensively on all matters related to acne and health and I merely am here to help people who have failed miserably at the "conventional" wisdom of dermatologists who give you skin peels, creams, potions, and antibiotics and tell you if you stop taking them everyday your skin will never get better...who really is doing the injustice?

  • @deathofacne The Natural way is the best way :)

  • @pinkklash thanks for the kind words..however you speak of this knowledge you have..do you have acne? And what causes this so called disorder of the sebaceous glands? hormones? What is a 30 year old doing with acne? Puberty? No.

  • There are four stages of acne. Grade 1 may last months to a year, and mainly effects teens. this includes comodones and up to 10 active and pustules. Grade 2 is the same as grade 1, only it includes pustules, and has 10-25 active pustules or papules. Grades 1 and 2 (sometimes 3) is what medical esthetician like myself can work with. Once we reach grades 3 there is 25-50 breakouts, and grade 4 (which also includes cytst) is 50 or more breakouts.

  • There are certain foods which CAN trigger a breakout or make an acneic skin worsen. However foods will not MAKE somebody acneic. Acne is a skin disorder, it is not something the person can delete from there genetic composition, however it can be controlled, or lessoned by lifestyles choices. Dehydration is one of the main contributions to acne. By not using quality products balanced to the ph levels of the skin, you are damaging the skins acid mantle, therefore making it easy for bacteria to

  • enter the follicule. This will cause breakout. What people NEED to, is keep there skin NMF in tact with a non-alkaline cleanser. Then apply appropriate products so that the skin will actually receive the benificial ingredients rather than acne stimulating pollutants. There is so much information your missing, i cant possible fit it in to this little text box. nor do i have the time. please, just do some research..

  • Comment removed

  • @deathofacne Acne is cause by hormonal imbalance, a 30 years old can have hormonal imbalance. Examples that cause hormonal imbalance is stress, anyone can have stress. Puberty also leads to hormonal imbalance, of course imbalance nutrients in body and imbalance diet result in hormonal imbalance too, so that might be the reason why food and acne is related. Sorry for poor english.

  • @deathofacne Puberty not only things that can trigger your hormones

  • Although I must ask you 'the guy in the video': In your site you claimed that acne isn't caused by genetics? Really? Cos I know how some people REALLY don't eat well... and sleep well... and even eat lotsa crap, smoke and drink... and THEY STILL HAVE BETTER skin than me. Please explain that.

And also, if this is such a hit, why can't you just let us know about it already? I'm drawn to your theory but it seems skeptical. Give me good reasons why I shouldn't NOT trust your website and marketing?

  • @softmohican great inquiries! That answer is too long to answer in this box. PM me and I'd be happy to answer it in an email. enjoy memorial day weekend!

  • wow you sure know alot about acne...thanks for the info =)

  • and other thing, average teenagers in 3rd world countries take a shower daily, you shouldnt generalize, i admit that there are really poor places where take a shower is a luxe, but not all. jaja

  • it would help but in my opinion acne is one of the most contradictories things ever exists, I have seen really fat people that spend all the day eating garbage food AND THEY DO NOT HAVE NOTHING NOT EVEN A SIMPLE PIMPLE. acne is hormonal

  • What is your daily diets?

    Can make-up causes acne?

  • Comment removed

  • whats the book called?

  • YO! its tony romo hahah..well at least you look like him. anyways thnx alot this helped. keep it going :)

  • The information about topicals and over the counter products is true but "FOOD BEING THE CAUSE OF ACNE IS RIDICULOUS" if that were the cause every American would have acne. til they die. it wouldn't just spontaneously stop in their mid 20s. and for the rare cases into their 40's. nice try on trying to be another get rich ebook on curing everyone's acne.

  • so, what would be a safe way of eating? vegetables only? subway?

  • amazing.. so true.. makes so much sense..

you start out by eating right

  • Hey if you have had acne before and know what it's like then why not just tell people how to get rid of it. If i found the cure I would just let people know, knowing how bad acne is and struggling through it.

  • using cinnamon and honey on your face every night 4 10 mins. 4 3 weeks will make it go away....

  • i dont have much acne but i have a lot of blemishes. how do i get rid of that?

  • omf your sooo cute

  • Very good information.

  • so what you are saying is if i poop more i wont get as much acne because it wont be absorbed through my large intestine

  • @joetoast93

    BAHAHAHAH

  • God bless you foe this info! Keep up the great worl . You should be a doctor...!

  • Your video seems very insightful. But how do you explain my parents (who came from a 3rd world country) having acne when they were kids?

  • Why acne reduce when you have sex????????????

  • @12345678901234567432 You burn calories?

  • i have really bad acne and thats what my friend always tells me just get laid and your acne will disapear.

  • I really love your video...keep doing the good work.

  • thanks man

  • Although, eating a healthy diet is important in general, it doesn't necessarily help fight acne. Acne is caused by your body producing a lot of sebum and the way to heal acne is to take pills to reduce the sebum production and topical items such as creams to help your skin heal faster without leaving scars or giant pores. Quick tip: in the shower, wash your hair before your face because shampoo tends to clog pores.

  • I want to say THANK U SO MUCH Christian....! I have successfully cleared my acne with the change of my entire lifestyle....Thank u much....I read your book....Thank god i was a Beta tester because i got it for free... Everyone should know about the information you include in your book... :) Food really DOES matter. One of my favorite quotes in the book is, "Its not that some people have will power and some don't. Its just that some people are ready to change and some arent...

  • if acne comes from eating junk food and it comes from when our intestints can't break it down, how come there are a lot of fat people with better skin than some skinny people? and there's a lot of skinny people who eat good and sometimes will eat junk food once in a great while and cleanse the skin when it is needed.

  • Some people get fat easily, some people don't. Some people get rid of their toxins, especially thin people, through getting rid of it their skin if their colons don't work properly. Others tend to pack it up and store it long term in their fat cells.

  • Why is it acne doesn't show up til were teens? shouldn't I have acne my whole life if it's a symptom? Cause I have been a McD kid since I was a todler..

why is it that people who eat really healthy people get acne?

  • When you're young, your body has more of everything. Longer telomeres, better cell turnover rates, less mutation etc.Everything just works better. Then you start putting McD into your body n it builds up.Years n years of build up,just waiting for something to happen.A trigger like increased stress level, puberty or just bcos your body can't take anymore. People who get their first acne when they're in their mid twenties and older aren't uncommon.(again, stress, sudden change of environment, etc.)

  • Sounds like this kid really knows about how to get rid of acne. My video hits it right on the head. See: natural acne cure - natural pimple cure The truth.

  • he couldn't say POOP wihtout laughing ahahaha!!!

  • I was reading about the excess for sugar, make a toxin, but it comes from a bactery.

The yogourth help to restaurate but the natural flavor

  • So the alimentation is the key??

  • you are not a dermatologist all your theories are nothing buy theories... I just want to say why vegetarians get acne too? I have a friend whos vegetarian and eat nothin but healthy food but has severe acne. Skins main purpose are temperature regulator thats why you sweat, you release all those heat. The sebum is helpful but oveproduction of it causes it to swell that leads to clogged pores (oil cant escape inside pores) when that expose to bacteria it causes irritation...

  • Why theres overproduction of sebum? Hormonal imbalance during puberty thats why teen mostly have acne. Genetic, if you have the allele for the release of excessive sebum Whites/Black commonly have acne other than asians. So even how healthy you eat food theres nothin you can do about it. The best thing you can do is to unclogged pores and control the release of excessive sebum and kill those bacteria using benzoyl peroxide, salyctic acid etc...

  • You dont get acne after puberty because ur hormone returns to balance phase except for those people whos genetically is prone to sebum release! All this thing that youre saying dont have nothing to prove other than theories of yours.

  • The average acne patient age is about 24 in the last report I checked. Are mid-20 year old people still going through puberty? How about the increasing numbers of people in their 30's and 40's?Nope, of course not! That's why I only tell you what works instead of what everyone else has been "preaching". If their results were so logical then you all probably wouldn't be watching this video! Enjoy!

  • @x2pheralph food effect hormones. Who says its excessive sebum and not an allelle for not being able to process refined foods well. And why do you think other cultures asiens whites blacks eat different diets. Your really stupid

  • Comment removed

  • Unfortunately there is a lot of misinformation out in the public of what is healthy and what isn't. My book (with the help of doctors) clears the confusion and your skin. Otherwise I wouldn't have written it!

  • @deathofacne misunderstood on what is healthy food and what isn't... can you give an example?

  • @x2pheralph Also, there is a lot of speculation on whether vegetarian diets are even the healthiest. They definitely are healthier than most diets and ways of eating, but many important nutrients can be left out with a diet that lacks meat/eggs/fish etc. I would think that there would be a decrease in omega fatty acids and cholesterol with a purely vegetarian diet.

  • nice try, Christian but you are mistaken in one thing. Skin is not an emergency toxin removing organ. Skin is a primary toxin removing organ. After you eat food full of toxins such as garlic, skin becomes smelly. a lot of animals will die out of liver/kidney failure and body poisoning if they eat garlic, onions, avocado, sweeteners or surprisingly enough just chocolate. Humans are made different, we have different enzymes to break down chemicals and our skin is made to get rid of excess toxins.

  • COMMON SENCE: water &food that grows natrualy!!/

  • you are so hot :)

  • He [IS] Hot!!

  • Hm its interesting but I've always liked to believe that food doesn't affect acne but I'm starting to think that it may. I mean I have a pretty unbalanced diet and have had my horrible pimples and in this video the whole diagram kinda helped me see in perspective how acne can be a symptom. Only question is, why don't obese people have acne, they don't eat healthy but majority of the time don't have ance in my experience.

  • thats not always true. many people have cured their acne in this method, others however need to be patient and stay on the drug for two courses. but in the long run, its well worth it. pikajojo, it all depends on the severity of your acne. is it mild, moderate or severe? how does sleep affect it? it never hurts to try excercising

  • does excercise help acne?

  • how about we cure death its possible

  • deathofacne, you seem awfully secretive when you say that there are other "catalysts/toxicity issues..." what do you mean? i agree that eating shitty foods puts toxins in the body, but theres something more to it than that. furthermore, when you say that going through the "conventional method" is only to control it, wrong again. hundreds of thousands of people have cured their acne in this way, including me.

  • exactly

  • yes but your acne will be back, thats why it means control.

  • Hence, there is biological variablity from person to person, and research is based on large sample size to determine the best treatments. There are poor dermatologists, and there are many good dermatologists. You must consider the big picture too and how a large sample size would improve from your recommendations, not just how it worked for you.

  • Yes, occasionally, someone will have acne, change their diet, and dramatically improve their acne, but this is 1 out of a million that can actually cure it. 100% will improve their acne but like I said maybe 1 of a million can cure it.

  • hey bro, good job promoting lifestyle habbits. One thing to keep in mind, however, is that nutrition and exericise-in general-will keep your skin healthier, and less lesions will remain, but will definitely not cure it.

  • also, do not listen to this guy when he says that the foods we eat cause acne. its different for everyone. some people get it due to genetics, hormones, environmental effects and/or a combination of these or some of these. if you have acne that is caused by environmental conditions, you can change that. but for others, simply changing what you eat and your lifestyle is NOT ENOUGH. if you fall into this category, you will be sorely disappointed as i was.

  • i had also tried expensive chinese natural medicines and saw a natururopath. this did show some improvement at first but my acne flared up worse than ever after a few weeks after starting that. antibiotics dont work bc the bacteria becomes resilient to the drug after some time. acne is caused by the oils in our pores that become infected and clog them. oil can be dried to limit the bacteria growth. the most effective way to do this is ACCUTANE

  • 1 year ago, i completely changed my diet. i was eating less carbs, mainly fruits and veggies, ONLY multigrain/whole grains. it did not help. i changed my lifestyle. it did help, but only for a short period of time. its wrong to say that only north americans get acne. people living in exotic, hot locations tend to get bad acne too. acne is caused by bacteria, which is found in your skin's oil. this can be caused by hormones. you need to get rid of the oil or bacteria to control the acne

  • I understand many people come to me with this same concern. When they read all the information I have to give to them they soon realize that it isn't ONLY about foods, their are a bunch of catalysts / toxicity issues that I show you how to address simply.... And if you want to only "control" acne..then address the oil and bacteria theory...but where has that "conventional" thinking gotten millions of people?? In my Acne 101 vid I walk you through their logic

  • yes, we are what we eat and how we live. i have no problems with acne, not even a single pimple on my face during puberty. but my face started getting COVERED with blemishes here and there after i started college, not to say horribly constipated too. perhaps living in dorm has somehow made me eat more junk food, plus cramped timetables deterred me from drinking sufficient water just to save the toilet trips. and yes, chinese medicine really work!

  • but we can only see obvious results after taking it for quite some time. I've been eating chinese medicine for my constipation problem for 4 mths now. And amazingly my face has cleared up quite abit, even though the medicine isn't supposed to target my acne problems. I guess it just somehow cleared up my messed up internal organs and the effects showed on my face.

  • Thanks i've had acne for way to long and i really need to get this crap off my face. Im going to get your book and try better eating habits

  • very very true. You just saved me a visit to the doctor. Your answer is the last piece to the puzzle. Thanks man for this vid. By the way, i did suspect for Acne to not be normal to and also tryed to see it as a symptom, thanks for helping me to confirm that.

  • It's true I did a liver detox and my face cleared up!

  • ok i came to a conclusion. what if you use citroma once a week clear out your stomach and organs

then skin tightening medicine like mud mask to minimize scars ? that seems like a logic solution from your prospective

  • ALL YOU GUYZ WHO SAY (NO PROOVEN FOOD CAUSES ACNE) FUCK YOU OK THIS IS MO'FO PROOF NIGGUA!!!!

srry for the language but at work we had a bitch convo all day about this

  • Someone told me that cranberry juice helps clean your internals, Does that mean that if I drink cranberry juice regularly my acne might dissipate?

  • Hey Christian, i bought your book a few days ago and have read the whole thing once or twice. I do have a few questions i would like to ask. I tried to email you but dont know if i used the right address. I plan to do the program soon. I would ask you on here but dont want to mention to much stuff in the book. If you could give me a way to reach you, IM ,email, something i can use i would like to message you. I will be keeping tabs on my progress so maybe you can use me as a testimonial.

  • Also i have one simple question i would like answered. Following the diet 100% to the word will give me great results in 30 days(not including the kidney flush or any catalysts)? Ive done many other things that made promis's in short timeliness and nothing seemed to work quite like they said. This is off course different though, you can imagine me suffering from acne though would be skeptical about another cure, when i have tried everything. Even apples fasts and enemas for 3 days didnt do much.

  • OF course acne free in 3 days doesn't work. It's impossible to rebalance your body in that time frame. People have results because it is beginning to address the problem but the book doesn't address the long term correction like mine. You will have great results with the diet. Everyone is different but 30 days is a good parameter. The organ chapter is a must because it delivers such amazing results past that of just a diet.

  • What i need to know is when am i suppose to do the organ cleansing. Before the diet, after a few weeks. After the initial month or so? You gave a lot of information but not so much on the best times to do them. I bought a food processor, watched some videos on how to make the cultured veggies and am doing that now. After that is done im starting the diet completely. I have begun taking probiotics and eating more veggies as snack food and stuff so its not such a horrible transition.

  • Where are you getting your information? Do you really know what you're talking about? Having acne is different from going to medical school for however many years. Unless you are in medical school.

  • you cant poop as much as you want. XDDD

  • i love oreos :(

    i hate acne :(

    such a dilema.

  • I was actually a vegan for a year and still had skin troubles

  • That is quite common actually.. many people believe that diet is the ONLY thing. There are a couple other things..Like addressing organ toxicities and actually healing digestive actions (liver stones). Its all condensed in my book on how to cure acne on my website

  • i have these whiteish spots on my face n if i pop them this white waxy kinda stuff comes out, n ive had the same ones for years.. do u know what this is, and how do i get rid of them?

  • everything fine, but WHY there's soo many people who eat junk food and they have perfectly clean complexion?? :( so i think thats not ONLY because of healthy food, there's something more but food is REALLY important

  • You know how many pills are actually be perscripted nowadays?

  • That is an excellent observation and one that alot of people, including myself when I was younger were frustrated by. The answer doctors give me and I tell my patients is that there is "no free lunch"...so what I mean is that while some break out, others have bad allergies, chronic fatigue, IBS, weak immune systems, the like....I will also put it out there that nobody except me ever tries to answer this question for people because the answer isn't glamorous, nonetheless true. I hope this helps!

  • yes, it helps. by the way can you tell me what you eat? some organic vegetables and fruits? what is good for my skin? i've heard that diary products are causing acne

  • Please help, I've been eating so healthy last few months but i still have acne.. what can i do?

  • Eating said food does not mean you should also touch your face and not wash your face.

  • Eating healthy is the best thing you can do longer term for your acne to prevent it from coming back, but you need to address the toxic build up in your organs in the short term..check out my website for launch of my new book and there is 240+ pages on all the info to clear your acne that you could ever hope to find on the internet or interviewing doctors!

  • ok maybe you have msn. so we can talk a moment,, because i really want to be sure. my dermatolog has said to take roaccutan.. thanks

  • thanks!!!!! and what do you think about roaccutane can you tell me ?????? im going to start with that the next week

  • NO! don't go on roaccutane! The side effects are terrible! and the long run effects haven't even been studied. Im sorry im not supposed to tell you what to do but the only way to address the problem is through taking care of the body (too long to explain how in this forum), not "covering it" with medication.

  • this guy is completely right, my cousin told me to tose my creams and crap away and stop touching my skin cus it iratates it and eating crapy food like fast wood and sugary drinks, months later i feel different i still have a few spots and scars but my skin feels alot more smoother and softer and i dont get that spots either :D

  • thanks a lot. i've been trying to improve my eating habits lately and noticed a difference just within a week. my skin wasn't entirely clear of pimples, but at least they weren't big and red, i didn't have any of those with white heads as well.but i gave in and started eating sweets and paid a visit to mc donalds. you can guess what happened...

  • This video is so true.

If teens (like myself) didn't eat so much crap, we'd be alot healier!

I myself, am a vegitarian and I never noticed before, but my face has cleared up. Because I pass on alot of unheathier foods and eat more fruits and veggies. But it goes for all age groups too.

  • Really, thank you for posting this! I've often mulled over these questions in my head and did notice that when I really got serious about eating healthier and not drying my skin out with various harsh products, I noticed so much improvement. I now only get an occasional mild outbreak that lasts a day or two.

  • i have severe acne, and i have had acne altogether for 3 years now, i am 15. if it dosn't get sorted now its going to do damage. My self esteem has already been smashed. as you can see i am quite desperate for my acne to go. i have tried every lotion and potion possible. What i am trying to say is if you give me the free system i will do anything, and if it sorts out my acne it will look good for people looking into it. Pleasee i am desperate lol!!!

  • but how to treat it?

  • Aswer tripledoggeys question. 'Cos that is pretty much what I wanted to ask, why some who have the same lifestyle as others will not get much or no acne and some do. Can you explain that to me?

  • THIS IS BRILLIANT

  • im going to the derimitoligist soon....im 13

  • Wow...that makes so much sense! When I used to live in Ethiopia I never got acne and my sisters didn't either...but when I came here and got addicted to junk food I started breaking out...and when I went to the dermatologist she told me to buy Neutrogena and prescribed Erythromycin gel to dry the crap out of it it makes it small for a while but the next day it multiplies, but what you said makes sense YOURE A GENIUS !

  • it's the same with me, as with tripledoggey, I eat healthy and excercise much so what's my problem? I've got a baaad acne...?????

  • Great video! You are very smart and I definitely understand your ideas about acne. However, I am 14 years old, I eat very healthily (a lot of fruits and vegetables, fish oil, barely any junky food) and I still have acne. It is not a horrible case, but it is definitely there, mostly on my forehead. Please tell me what to do to get rid of it!!!

  • This is a really tough question to answer in the comments page. In a nut shell however our bodies react to situations slightly different than the next. Everyone is unique, although there is common trends and mechanism (obviously). One doctor explained it to me like "no one gets a free lunch for poor dieting." So yes, some eat like crap and don't break out..but what do they suffer that you don't..personally id rather have acne than diabetes, food allergies, chronic fatigue, ADHD,etc.

  • This is like the only video about acne on the whole of the internet that is all about fact and not myth. thanks alot

  • no problem..thats what I try to do..let the body's natural processes guide my thinking..im not making this stuff up..im just not being one sided like dermatologists

  • I hope everyone likes this video! I admit it is basically going against everything that you've ever heard about acne..but consider this. Has anyone else claimed to cure acne? No? Well then maybe the dermatology model is wrong! Enjoy...
