However, if you watch the video of the actual crash, at no point is this brake deployed. Vehicle is a write off; this appears to be insurance fraud at its finest.

It's the real thing. It was on the news also. Guy like dropped his phone or something and went to pick it up and wasn't looking at the road. Plus the person who had the car on the trailer lives close to here.
