  • I have a dog that is always holding her head low, she very really looks up, no matter how exciting I try to make heeling. I'm at my wits end!

Are there dogs that will never get it? She's very submissive and gentle. I don't want to make her do something she's unhappy doing.

  • Nice job. Talk about quiet training. Great focus and bonding, too.

  • how did u do that!!! its incredible~~!!!

  • Hi Susan you sound like a good trainer could you take a peek at my videos of my 5mth old Faith and tell me what you think I would like to train her to be real close to my legs when heeling she does heel but not close close could you please give me some idea how to get her to do this , shes like a sponge so focused and loves training we always make it fun

  • Great training!

  • Great to see this type of quality stuff promoting positive training. What kind of people would revert to check chains when you can train a dog like this? It is a pity "traditional" training persists.

  • In North American obedience your arm must either be swinging freely at your side OR pressed firmly against you middle. I do both and both are commonly seen over here. It is just dog training.

  • i don´t know, maybe I´m beeing very critical.. =) but i have a problem watching this video, it´s you left arm... why do you have it pressed against your body? in sweden you wouldn´t get any good points if you walked like that ;)

  • Please, please, hold another obedience camp!

  • Awesome! It's rare to see such great responsiveness and to get it with positive training is wonderful. I'll check out your site now.

  • Great stuff. People all too often underestimate what pups are capable of. My dog has always loved playing similar heeling games, I just don't really have a space like this to do it safely off-leash.

  • Wow!! That is just AMAZING!!

  • wow that is just so amazing! i wish you could teach my border collie to do this. he ignores me when were heeling! and i dont know what to do. he is getting very strong?
