yea i live at kaunas for 15 yeras and i can say that withouth those "bastards" it would be realy nice city bud because of them you cant go alone at night so it suck's. They are about 12-15 yers old and they can realy fuck for the cell or somthing else
i li9ve in kaunas there are bastards that can kill for a cell prhone or an mp3(bastards) but just my luck i know a guy who can get me a gun or peper spray (cool isint it and im only 13)
