A higher mAh value doesn't produce a faster recharge rate. mAh can be thought of as the maximum amount of charge a battery can hold, because thats exactly what it means. So your shits all fucked up and you sound like a tard. Sheet. I just noticed pixima beat me to the punch. Screw it... I'm posting anyways.
A simple test using a Bower flash resulted in electrical failure when using NiZn batteries as a power source. The test was performed with a remote to prevent current from entering a $2,800 camera. The power of the NiZn exceeded some solid state electronics ability to cut off power. Using a cycle of 1 second resulted in electrical damage of the flash trigger. Most good flashes have a cycle time that can exceed 1/100 of a second. I would not use these in my Sony HVL-58am. Dr of Engineering
This is actually a pretty good test of the power of these batteries: Volts x Amps = Power. The higher volt NiZn causes more power to be delivered in shorter time. Not a good test of capacity since he didnt exhaust each battery set from a full charge,
pixuma is right. mAh is like how much petrol the tank can store, nothing about power output. If a device uses 2000milli amps per hour then a 2000mAh battery will last 1hr.
the 2700 does not offer faster recycle time , only more shots !

Energizer out preforms these two options in my own comparisons.

I'm not actually Lindsey "Lee" by the way. ;) Hopefully you can take a joke.

mAh is a measure of capacity...

Damn those things are slow. Not to sure what this test proved as there was no discussion of the results.
