@Sebastian6581 Yes you can. It is a non-hormonal product that mainly increases protein syntesis. It is no problem for a 17 year old to take it :) Just remember: Have a good diet, hard training and rest when taking this in order to truly get the results you want!

I really liked the m-stak, but if you really want some gains, do the Universal "off season mass gaining stack". Take the M-stak with the Stak, for a couple months, and cycle off with the m-stak to keep your gains.

@shad1666 eat a good 6-8 meals with high amounts of protein and carbs, moderate fat, train heavy for a good 3-5 days a week, rest well, and its a gurantee you will get ALOT stronger and bigger with just 1 can.....took it plenty of times....always work
