I don't live in Spartanburg anymore. I am in San Antonio,Texas now. I am not kidding on u. San Antonio is biggest city than Spartanurg. Spartanburg population is less than 40,000. Spartanburg is a hard to find a job. because some company don't hire or hire some deaf people in Spartanburg. Spartanburg is suck !

Yes, I know Greenville is great, but the point Gary and I were making with this video is that Spartanburg is underrated. The problems with our city is most of our citizens do not care enough to help bring some real changing growth to our city. Most people here are either satisfied staying in our suburban areas. Others are content about whining about what a "sucky" city this is. We need a better city council and more local business and arts support. With that in place, our downtown grows.

I was just in your city, last week in fact. First time in South Carolina. I'm glad we went to Spartanburg. We got treated real nice by everyone we encountered. Your downtown is small, but it's damn fine! Superb!

While there has been some good change to Spartanburg's downtown, it is still way behind Greenville's bustling and dynamic downtown at this point.
