kids don't know how to fall & when it happens they are landing on their heads...

I understand what you mean. I didn't wear a helmet one day when I went out and I took a nasty spill on my dads Free Spirit bicycle and I tore a hole in my chin. A faint scar can be seen today, I'm just lucky that it was my chin that landed on the sidewalk and not my head. I was going downhill at about 35MPH when I flipped over the handlebars.
