you're good, it looks quite natural and you've got a lot of personality! All the best! But please - ARK seems like a pretty pathetic organisation, watch who you sign/whatever with.
the key to acting is to look like youre not acting. i think you're good but at some points while watching it makes me feel a bit awkward for you. maybe tone it down a notch or two and it would FEEL more natural. you could get a gig on a TBS show or something. best of luck!
