I have had really bad eczema on my fingertips for 5 years, open bleeding, just awful (it hurts me just to type this). I also have cystic acne into my 30's. I haven't thought about diet really; where would I go to get this test? Thanks for your video; it's a great testimony for others. God bless.

Thanks for the vid, im 15 and i have bad eczema and hey fever so bad that my eyea swell to the point i cant see. I know that i cant eat fish cause when i do my eczema and acne get so bad. I have been to the doctors and they told me it was odd to be alergic to fish and that they couldnt do alergy tests for eczema. Your video has inspired me to really change what i eat and if the doctor says no to helping me then ill find a way of figuring it out myself. Thank you sooo much

Awww man, I was really focused on what you were saying and I didn't realize that the video was coming to an end. I am also dealing with allergies such as tomatoes, bananas, apples, oranges, kiwis, cherries, (fruits lol) carrots, soy, wheat, cats, dogs, dust... and on and on. I would like to know what do you eat if your allergic to so many foods? I found out that I'm allergic to soy, eggs, milk, cheese, wheat, tomatoes and many other foods. It's so tough because I can't eat anything! I love all of the things I'm allergic to and it's really hard on me. I thank you so much for this video though, it's good to know I'm not alone.

I'm glad I found this video, but at the same time I'm scared because I don't want to find out that I can't eat a bunch of things. I'm willing to drop foods if I can clear my acne though. I wish I could get tested right this instant, but I will need to wait.

Thank you so much for posting this video. We actually have a friend in common. He was the one that introduced me to your video. I have suffered through most of my teenage years and now my adult years with acne. I'm 31 now. I had the worst case of acne breakout in my life recently. I'm conviced now that I have food allergies. I love, love, love this video. Everything you said is so true and inspired. I am allergic to egg yolks, soy, lentils, beans, nuts, wheat, oats, barley, yeast, gluten, vanilla, and chocolate. Plus, I have serious stomach issues that also curtail my diet. I have just begun to accept my allergies. I am choosing to get healthy now. Thank you so much for this video. How long did it take u to overcome ur eczema and have u been able to eat any of the foods u were allergic to now that its gone? Can u handle any carbs? I only eat brown rice and I don't eat alot of it. My main issue is environmental allergies I run into sometimes. It flares up my eczema. I use to use nizoral shampoo but it also flares up my eczema so I stopped using it.

@Jillibeans-Yes, you are not alone. Aren't you glad you have figured out what is wrong? Now you have a platform to work from. I was lost for so many years. I have two recipe videos up, but I will work on some more. Eating 2 or 3 things can be hard especially in social settings. It is a tough diet but worth it. Do you take any supplements? Oh my God thanky ou so much for making this video. Everything you said I am still experiencing. I've been able to completely transform my appearance and health by eating 2 or 3 things and nothing else. My acne would go away and all the infammation but it's incredibly hard to stick with it... This is the only video I've seen so I am going to watch the others to see what you actually eat. It's so helpful to know I'm not alone in this.
