learn to fly this plane on a simulator , it is a bitch to fly , and to land as well , one engine out , and the plane is history , i like the way you build , great stuff , get your engines running rich mate , so they wont konk out on you , good luck
Nice model. Extremely dangerous way to hold a twin engine plane. If once of the engines were to suddenly quit, the plane would swing around dangerously.
Beautiful model. This is my dream model to build whenever I get the time. I have a Magnum .52 4-stroke in a SE-5 biplane. Very unreliable engine. Almost every filght I have to make a dead-stick landing.
Great aircraft, sorry about the crash. I'm about to start one just like it. Just a suggestion, it's not real safe to be in front of it while running up the engines. I would tether it and stay behind the meat grinders!!!
Im flying several airplanes for about 16 years now, from biplans (sport and scale) to ww2 scale plane's and I have now an Beech D18 who flies great, my second twin.
So an absoluut beginner I'm not, but shit happens.
But this DC3 was my first start with twin engines, and not a good start you unterstand.
I still do not now why this plane went down, and that's not nice.

That was a fantistic looking aircraft. Great shame about the crash. I'm building one at the moment. Twin saito 40's in mine.

Nice idle on those magnums. And a good job
on the airplane too. Too bad about the crash
but thats the way it goes. Build'em, fly'em
crash'em. The next one will fly great.

Did your plane need some weight on the left wingtip because you have both engines leaning on same side

Yes Im already start a new one, but now with electric motors and also again with Flaps & gear wurking.
See if it will fly now.
And the CG more to the front about 20 mm or so.

I am so sorry to hear your news i know how much love and effort goes into the building these birds.
I have built 4 of these in my time and never had the guts to fly it.
are you getting another one?

can we see it in flight as i am to scared to fly mine

Well Im have not so good news for you, I flew her for about 18 sec and lost her tottaly.
Strong advice to put her CG more into the front, she looks to be tail heavy with the recommend CG from Top_Flight.
I had a lot of speed with the start so thats also no reasen to crash.
So we thinks that the CG isent on the proper spot.
Fact are that the kit's who flying with electric fly well and most of the nitro powered kits arent.
I wiss you many happy landing with her.

You must really suck at flying model planes then, didn't u think of getting a cheaper one and learning how fly it, then get a more expensive one.
