Heres something, ive done the quest, buuut i go to the argonian and she says to wait here, but she wont move! wtf? and when i go upstairs to see the count he just says please go. how do i get the reward?

@Twortortle I had the same problem but you just need to sleep or leave the game like it to wait for the count coming.

@hardcoreactionhalo ive waited heaps but its all good now, i got a tip from the oblivion wiki site, all i had to do was hit him and get him to chase me to the hall from his room, the lizard walked over and talked to him, then i yielded and payed the fine and now i can get 7500 gold a second

I figured this out myself and went on to have an infinitely long fight with Janus Hassildor too. He still pays up after you've kicked him in too.

Go to the castle where he lives, then an argonian comes to you and says that he comes to you shortly. Then just sleep 1 hour or wait him.

you gotta first find one of the weird statues but you should look out for the caves where they are I might remember a few but I check it out from the game and i tell you :)

I'm not so sure but I think you have to be a vampire to do this quest and then just talk to people and then there should read cure vampirism

I got vampire some vampire cave and when I did go sleep,then there comes a text and your a vampire.But I'm not sure did I eat that vampire dust which you get from the vampire bodies
