The reason why people hate the game is because Nuts and Bolts didn't feel like the BnK games we grew up with on the N64. We had been waiting a good 8 years for a new BnK game, and instead we got this tedious and poorly designed "create, build and race" game. Honestly Nuts and Bolts is a sandbox vehicle builder game just with the famous BnK characters slapped in.

Besides all of Rare's games after Starfox Adventures have as much appeal as mayonaise being left out in the sun.

you lot do know that this game isnt a sequel to BT its just like Banjo Pilot. Im not sure but rare might make a banjo kazooie 3(Idea) or Banjo threeie(also idea beacause gruntry made a referance to banjo threeie when you beat grunty in banjo tooie......*breathe* *!*) on the xbox 720(another idea) (if you lost me go back to the begining of my comment and read it again dumb F!@*£CK..... This is the worst thing rare has ever created that would of possibly interested me. Banjo 1 and 2 were the best games on 64 along with donkey kong 64 and diddykong racing, all by rare. If they had made a classic banjo instead of this nuts and bolts pos. Sigh

You guys are all fucked if you think this game is a dissapointing sequel to a great franchise. N&B is deep and rewarding unlike many other games out on the market. The graphics are lush and colorful and the vehicle creation system is inovative. They may have branched off the path of a platformer, but that doesn't take away anything from the brilliant that is N&B's overall.

I can't say that the game is a dissapointment because I haven't played it yet, but my opinion is that the concept of 'vehicle building' should have gotten it's own franchise instead of BK. Let's make a similar comparison: Imagine Mario having 'vehicle building' in his next big game. That would suck pretty much, no matter how fun it would be. Althrough Mario isn't the same as BK, I hope you will see my point.

I understand where you're coming from, but you have to understand the situation Rare was in when making this game. In this generation, the platforming genre has pretty much died (especially on a hardcore console like the 360). They needed to think of a concept that would satisfy the hardcore while still staying true to the classic elements of Banjo. I think they pulled it off with flying colors.

Banjo-Kazooie Nuts and Bolts is a decently good game that is disappointing to people who are fans to the old games in my opinion. The missions were repetitive, nothing felt that much relatively familiar, and worst of all the game barely had ANY PLATFORMING!!!!!

What does the people see in BK N&B? My opinion is that N&B is NOT as good as there saying it is..... I'm disapointed 'cause I been looking foward to see BTH (Banjo threeie) and now! Its very very poor, NOT poor but no where as good as BK & BT -_-

I haven't played BK N&B yet, but I totally agree that Rare should have made it a platformer like BK and BT was. BT is my greatest game I have ever played even to this day. Rare made N&B because they felt that platforming was outdated. Well what about SMG? If they could take some inspiration from BT, added some cool features to it I'm sure that it could have been a great game. But enough things about Rare already, they have been delusional since they work for Microsoft, so I just gave up on them.
