you dont have to astral project to view you're higher body. infact astral travel within is a lot safer than projection.

Kinda like lucid dreaming except there seems to be more relaxation involved.

Also in the past I've had.dreams where I see myself asleep in bed but then hear heavy breathing so I get scared. But when I'm trying to wake up I can't move. Is this and oobe or a lucid dream?

@skittlezgorawrxx4 Every night before you go to sleep, in the darkness beneath your eyelids, keep imagining that you are seeing things, and soon enough, you will actually see it, it's insane. It' s pretty amazing feeling, it's nothing like dreaming either, I do it when I'm awake. But it will help exercise your Conscience so you can ready yourself for astral traveling. It might take years. I finally achieved it a half a year ago, and it's been the best ever since then. Take care my friend.

@Lostxfame You need to hijack your REM sleep at the right time - normally after 4-5 hrs sleep is good - there is something that will pretty much guarantee a transition called the Red Pill Technique - can't talk open about it but happy to inbox chat if want to know more...?

Okay, well... see, that's what some people say.. while others say the opposite. It's pretty much 60% against God 40% Not, because most say it is... but then again, not everyone knows what AP is.... And, also... it does mention in the Bible where God says do not get involved with the supernatural and witchcraft studies. This falls in neither catagory? I can see it being a practice, but then again not... because it supposedly always happens, your just making your mind aware of what you did.

if anything to be in the flesh is more of a sin than the spirit, the bible is full of accounts of being in the spirit, and it often states that the flesh is weak and sinful, but the spirit is holy, hence the term "holy spirit". It is mostly discussed in the new testament.
