@jbgk24 I will always disagree Chelsea was such a better dancer. She was obviously very good & earned her spot in the finals, even though it wasn't based on fan vote. But her routines often lacked impact, & just because she was young & nimble, it didn't mean she was the most natural or rhythmic dancer. She got out of sync w/Mark in her freestyle. And often his choreography was no less "alley-oop" than Kirstie's had to be - Mark would just pick Chelsea up and throw her into various positions.

@jbgk24 and obviously Hine was ultimately capable of much more than Kirstie was at her age and weight, but Hines was not that much better a natural dancer than Kirstie or Chelsea, if even. Hines earned his win, and I am NOT a hater, but I do not think he is one of the better dancers to have won DWTS.

I noticed their body language which was very intimate, and body language doesn't lie. People do, though. But in the end of the day, it's their life. My opinion is that chelsea&&Mark Should've won. && That DWTS Shouldnt Allow voting just because it just matters of the popularity each star has. Or maybe they should allow it but not 50% of their scores. Maybe 25% or 10%. It should matter the scores the judges give cause they know who actually needs to win, and they know what dance is all about ! The voters just voted for their "favorite" not for their dancing but for their popularity. Smh.:/ This really was not fair.

Hines & Kym were always on top week after week never in the bottom three, They had alot of chemistry & both worked very hard and did not slack, they brought alot of excitement to every dance and to see Hines progress each week from a non dancer to a dancer amazing! To hear the audience roars after each dance was awesome they loved you guys from the beginning, so do we here They deserved the win Hines & Kym we are so proud of you both and cant wait for the parade back in the Burgh DWTS Champion!

Very, very sad to see that Maks & Kirstie didn't take the trophy. They worked so hard from week 1 and as you can see, Kirstie made this far which is incredible. I thank Maks for getting Kirstie in shape and for getting her in 2nd place. Seeing the wonderful relationship/friendship they formed throughout the show was amazing and we will never forget how wonderful Maks & Kirstie were. My opinion. Chelsea was 10x better than him. The judges, especially Carrie Ann, were too harsh on both Chelsea and sometimes Hines. Ya he got better score, but just because of that, doesnt mean he was actually the best.

@RidAus2013 No one ever said he was better than Chelsea. Hines had never danced before, he said I don't know how many times. Chelsea had actually danced before, but didn't have the fan base like Hines or Kristie, which is why she came in third place. If the best dancer on the show haven's t won then you know that, the person don't have much of a fan base. I thought Chelsea did excellent, she rise the stakes with her dancing, but didn't win because she didn't have much of or alot of support.

It's really not that surprising that Kirstie got 2nd over Chelsea. She only needed about 19,000 more votes per one million votes cast to get past her. She's a huge star and whether you guys want to hear it or not: she's been an inspiration to many. Chelsea isn't that widely known, so it wouldn't take much for Kirstie to snag the votes needed to beat her. And Hines winning isn't surprising either. He's a great dancer, with a great personality, and an amazing partner. Go Hines & Kym!! :D

I was stunned to find out my Kirstie and Maks are in 2nd! I mean I expected 3rd but, one way or another I'm happy. And Hines? He really does deserve it though I'm a fan of Maks. Hines is a good dancer.. and he's a football player. Chelsea I expected either 1st or 2nd but she was at a serious advantage being young, thin and flexible. I'm not too surprised with Hines winning since he was always tied up there. But Kirstie making 2nd will certainly be a shock. A happy one, but still a shock. :O

Kirstie shouldn't have place first or second. Her dance average is two points less than the other two. But who cares: people are gonna vote for "inspiration" and "story" and all that bull.

By the end of this season, we can make the conclusions that:

1. Disney stars can never win DWTS. (Even if you score a 30 in week 4 as Sabrina did.)

2. Those who can't dance but have "rough" backstories get in the finals with bad scores.

I remember Len and others complaining about Dmitry's "Gimmicks" yet Derek would do the same shit, and get scored a "Ten". People lit into Mya and other stars for having prior dance experience but no one said a damn thing about Donnie Osmond being in the business dancing/performing for damn near 40 years.

I have to say Congratulations to Hines, I didn't always think he should take the mirrorball but honestly good on him. Congratulations to Kirstie as well and Chelsie. They should all be very proud they got this far. Maks was very kind to say that his former partners and kirstie are all his trophies. They were all very humble, and I applaud each one.

Also, don;t take this so seriously. It's a show, not a real dance competition. SO stop bashing each other, you will be back next season anyways.

I think Chelsea didn't win because Mark is such a showoff and many people can't stand him for other reasons (he often outdances his partners and makes annoying faces). She didn't get second place because she has a low fan base. Carrie Ann said that because of this show, more people are going to known who she is now. Sad, but true. The fan base is more of why she didn't get either place.

Hines is clearly a better dancer and is as popular as Kirstie, so there you have it.

no this show isn't based on dance skill. Popularity, charisma, and skill go into it. I do agree the judges are bias, but who cares? This is a show on tv, the title means nothing outside of the show, it surely doesn't mean anything in the dance world. It's in the past already time to let it go.

I wouldn't be surprised if he quits the show next season. It's got to be tough all those seasons and not get the prize. Mark has been in 3 finales and won twice and Kym has been in 4 finales and this is her second win. Yay for her and Hines, glad Mark and Chelsea didn't win, sad for Maks.
