  • stone cold with hair....and who is really eddie jackie...wow. LOL

  • Eddie Jackie got his revenge a year later in WWE. Eddie and Jason Arndt (Joey Abs) defeated Stonecold Steve Austin in a handicap matc ...Thanks to Davey Boy Smith.

  • Thanks. Do you have the rest of this Pre - WCW Slamboree 1995 episode of WCW Main Event?

  • Austin's final WCW match.

  • @ants84: Savage d. Austin on the 5/27/95 (taped 5/11/95) WCW Saturday Night. That same taping also produced a 6-man tag with Sting/Alex Wright/Renegade d. Flair/Arn/Austin for the 6/4/95 WCW Main Event. The Great Muta d. Austin at the 5/26/95 NJPW event. Akira Nogami/Takayuki Iizuka/Junji Hirata defeated Arn/Austin/Mike Enos at the 6/14/95 NJPW show. Austin had two matches in ECW before going to WWE. He d. Matt Hardy on the 1/15/96 (taped 12/18/95) Raw.

  • stone cold sorry stunning steve austin, eric bishop suck baby, wcw lost and wwf win in that

  • eddie jackie is hot

  • 2 minutes of total destruction by Steve and game over....awesome display of wrestling superiority

  • Again, 2 mins counting from the beginning of the match, but it actually lasted 57 secs (started at the 1.07 mark)... did any Jackie match ever last more than 1 min? He indeed was Bob Emory's heir (along with Kenny Kendall... did any of these 3 ever win a match?)

Jackie was a really young jobber, wasn't he? Either that, or he has the most baby face ever.

  • @jabuzcool: Kenny Kendall, as Dr. Death, not to be confused with Steve Williams, d. Tom Prichard to win the USWA Southern Heavyweight Title on March 10, 1992. He lost the belt to Jimmy Valiant on 3/16/92.

  • @JKTube Thanks for the info. So Kendall was able to hold the title for 6 whole days? Wow! What an achievement! lol

  • Eddie Jackie was such a sexy hunk! He was the jobber who inherited the mantle from Bob Emory. :-)

  • Sadly, Austin was gone within a month. He could have had some great matches with guys like Savage.

  • sadly? that was the best thing to happen to austin...2 yrs later he'd be much bigger star than here.

  • Well I think that perhaps the point was he could have had some great MATCHES had he not left for the whorish dregs that is WWE!

Maybe he would've been in optimum health as well, and wouldn't have been pigeon holed as some obnoxious redneck psychopath!

  • But he DID have great matches in WWE. and thanks to WWE and HIMSELF, he became one of the biggest superstars in wrestling and brought wrestling back to the forefront. optimum health? owen hart piledrived his head thru the mat. it wasn't austin's fault. it could have happened to him in any wrestling organization.

  • True, but it's interesting that you brought up Owen Hart...seeing as how we're talking about what "could" happen in "any wrestling organization."

Perhaps I'm wrong, but I don't recall anything similar to what happened to Owen Hart happening in WCW!

I think WWE is toxic...everything McMahon has touched has turned bad.

Wrestling in the 80's was VASTLY superior to any of the crap that came out of the modern WWE era!

  • that doesn't matter. an injury could have STILL happened to austin if he remained in WCW.

if you mean the attitude era being crap then i have to COMPLETELY disagree with you there.the attitude era brought greats like austin, the rock, mankind, triple h, and was an entertaining era of wrestling with some hungery young wrestlers, unlike today.

  • @andell1 You seem to be confusing the attitude era with the pg era. Modern means as of now...current. Wrestling ten years ago was completely different than "modern" wrestling

  • I didn't know Okerlund did Play-by-Play.

  • @JMDogg: He was subbing for Bischoff here.
