  • thankyou very much.:)

  • @starlah2 My pleasure!

  • can we use this to grind wet ingredients for cooking, like spices..?

  • @starlah2 Sure I use mine to make salsa, pudding etc. So it works really well with wet ingredients. The thing is there needs to be enough moisture in order for the contents to blend well. So it's going to depend on what you grind. Good luck!

  • How do you clean your flaxseed from dockage and cracked flaxseed, other grains, weed seeds and chaff ?

  • If you don't want to mess about grinding your own we provide fresh cold milled flax in re-sealable bags. Visit naturalground.co.uk for the best oatmeal mix for this recipe. We provide oatmeal and mixed seed flour such as hemp, flax, pumpkin etc all fresh cold milled for flavour and nutritional values! Come to Natural Ground and check out what we do.

  • Awesome!

  • @markcossin Whatever amount of flaxseed you grind make sure you put it in the fridge and consume it bay 4 days max.

  • just did this. worked like a charm. thanks!

  • Does it work to grind a small amount of flax, such as a few table spoons? I'd like to grind some fresh flax and then add other ingredients for a shake. I don't want to grind a bunch and use it later because I like it very freshly ground.

  • @FoodCubes Sure! I keep my ground flax seed in the freezer. Just an option. :)

  • rice, quiona, chia..yep yep..good tip. i put ground and whole seeds in most recipes. waves~~~
