  • I have a weight problem and can't jump without damaging the knees. Should I do the jump squats initally by going up to toes?

  • @JesseP11 I suggest you consult with your physician before performing any type of strenuous exercise, especially dynamic exercises like the ones in this clip.

  • Very creative, coach. I love kbells. My 14 year old is starting to strength train. He's a martial artist and a track and field thrower. Would this help build his explosiveness.

  • @ggolter Congrats to your 14 year old. Considering your child's age and this point of their development, I'd focus more on more bodyweight, calisthenics, and plyometric exercises, sans heavy weights. Most importantly, I would have them focus the majority of his/her training on the specific skill set of their chosen sport. In this case, that would be their chosen martial arts discipline and track & field event.

  • nice variations. thank you for the new ideas.

  • @ishoa1 No worries. Glad you liked them.

  • Thanks y2catt. I'm shooting a series of training videos, as e speak. let me know what you'd like to see more of.

    Play hard! Have fun!

  • You should post more often. I am incorporating your stuff in my work-outs.
