It's not only the individual judge at fault, but even more,the entire system around divorce court, created by politicians, pandering for campaign contributions. We have been sold down the river like slaves, men. Total and relentless boycott is probably the only means of starving the machine. The machine is fed by federal money, as well. So when you're paying your child support through the CSA, you're allowing them to claim federal money and continue their bureaucracy.

Civil actions as opposed to criminal cases rquire 'preponderance of evidence'(not 'beyond reasonable doubt') We brought loads of good evidence, the other side didn't even bring any at all. Make a long story short, I am going after these people and suing them in federal court with what is known as a '1983' motion. Subpoenas will be deliverred to the judge, the magistrate and opposing counsel by a federal marshall with the court psych once again being subpoena'd as a witness.

I do not at all agree with 'the best parent is both parents'. Have to accept the reality that at times one parent or the other is not good for their children. I was screwed in family court because of the whole agenda of working overtime to keep children with their mother no matter how terrible a mother she may be. The court already had its mind made up before the process even began. Their own appointed psych emphatically recommended I get custody but they ignored it.

The secret family court tried to force me to force my son to visit a RAPIST!!! I was threatened with prison if I refused to comply.

I won my case, after 7 years, but it was 7 years of torture.

A rapist should NEVER be allowed access "rights". The rapist even apologised in court under oath for what he did, but the judge said I had to forgive and forget. They also tried to accuse me of PAS, but I told them PAS was invented by a pedophile.

these type of systems can not be stopped, but only slowed down. i'd suggest all dads, give-up their lively-hood, stop working, build-up in arrears, and demand to goto prison longterm, refuse to leave prison until demands are met. let women work and take over everything. let them pay for the entire state bill, especially, building and maintaining larger and larger prisons. let the kids sue the state, CSA. watch the national debt rise, and courts and CSA start to change.

If Judge Chuck Weller & the LawLiars,

had not coerced a stressed out Darren Mack

into "agreeing" to pay $20,000 per month, in

EXTORTION for 1 child, maybe, Weller would not

have been shot, and Charla Mack killed.

Once again we have another video gearded toward the father being the NCP. This was great and hit the nail on teh head but people must wake up and realize that it is not only fathers. Mothers now are losing rights to thier children. Bottom line, if it's one parent custody, regardless of which parent, and that CP is unwilling to co-parent, then the child AND the NCP loses.

Be careful about use of the term "child support". It should only be refered to as child support in cases where parents agreed to let the other parent have custody, or in cases with irresponsible, unwilling parents who must be forced to pay. In cases of fit, willing parents whose children are stolen, please refer to it as EXTORTION.
