I think the 1st wave, they didn't want to show alot of the movie "spoilers" in the toy line. Kind of like back when Godzilla came out and the film studio didn't want the toys to come out till the day after the movie showed.
im glad i passed up on the deluxe figures for capt america. but for the single carded line..i was alil skeptical about them...but i ended up getting the whole wave 1 figures. theyre arent that bad...but i agree the marvel universe line is way better prolly bcuz its aimed towards an adult collector and due to the rising articulated comic book art that been surfacing over the action figure community.
I am confused as I sit here holding my Movie Series Super Combat Captain America.?.? He is as hard to find as RedSkull and Crossbones but he is movie series...
Jon greater show! I totally agree that the Marvel universe figures have better articulation and better paint apps then these Capt. America figures. It's kind of sad because I still ended up picking up three of the figures and I'm complaining about them who's the sucker?
@amartinez97 Great articulation on that WW2 Cap but my figures leg snapped from the pelvis when I tried to move it... Obviously a defect, I have never had that happen in all my years of collecting
@kungfoolai I'm still experimenting with the format. I may go back to the old style. It all depends on the numbers of views and response from subscribers. Thanks for the feedback.
@matlockwk I know what you mean. I do like the idea of the Mortal Kombat figures being in the same scale and somewhat in the same style as the Jazwares Street Fighter figures, but I'll reserve judgment until more pics are released.
great video! cant wait for the MK figs

15 pts seems like a weird amount of articulation. Too bad the Dr Who minis probably won't be mainstream retail.

I agree with all your Cap America gripes!

i think the rocket launcher thing is suppose to be a battering ram. the kind riot police and swat use to break in doors.
it being a hasbro toy they had to give it a shooting feature though lol
ReGo001 9 months ago
@ReGo001 That makes sense. Entertainment Earth has the figure listed as "Captain America with SWAT armor"
