Just an observation- seems a bit unfair to exclude a whole load of Asians just because they're darker skinned and don't have the right facial features. Maybe that's normal for the USA but in the UK we're more inclusive we're famous for it- hence the huge cultural diversity and mix here. In the USA there's more an attitude of 'keeping to your own kind'.

There was some Asians in New York who in an insulting way said they did consider Tiger Woods to be Asian in no way, shape or form. This is only because he had Black in him. Americanised Asian Food is a different cuisine. I like traditional Chinese food (my boyfriend's stepmom is Chinese and her food is delicious) but I seriously miss American Chinese food so much (I haven't been to the states in 3 years and they make more traditional type Asian food in my country)
