I visit hornby frequently, But campfires are no biggie, That one looked like it was fine, It would not have spread. Another hour or so and it would have burned itself out or been put out by someone else. Campfires are a greatway of having fun on that island, and i HATE the firebans
helliwell: definitely one of the "must see" attractions for hornby.
good for you that you put the fire out. that area, being so close to the provincial campground, is the most likely to experience drunken campers, and all of the stupid behavior that sometimes includes.
i get to go here tomorrow with my school!!!
