That's Mark Herbert in his '61, he unfortunately is no longer alive, but that is his car and that's his brother Mike filming. That is an N\A vw engine. I believe it's a 2332 with dual 48 IDA. Mike built the trans, search Quaife Test Mark Herbert in youtube and you'll come up to this same vid.
