Don't worry no one was killed after this show. Although I did hear that the man named Rick is now dead. I heard he died last year some time, he was drunk and was hit by a car, he wouldn't go to a Dr and died a few days later from his injuries.

If I was in your position, i would find another company partner. But there is a problem here too, cause your cheat friend is probably the owner of 30-40% of the majority holding, but anyway buy him out and get on with your life no matter how much it costs you. The best thing you can do first is to seek help with your drinking problem and then get a hold on the company- just do what it takes. This is a old video so i hope it all is on its place now.

Well I can see the wife has a problem being together with a man who does nothing but drink. What can she do about it if he doesnt wanna quit it. She could leave him or he could leave her, but none of them wants to, why? Because its expensive and they will lose very many money no matter how they do it. They will probably not even be able to go on with their lifestyle. His cheat friend is probably the one who has a hold on the company- what a terrible mess.
