Looks like a brilliant idea! I hope it spreads all over the world. The only thing I don't understand is what this has to do with, "how to bone and gut a trout" by rivergod21. I doubt that there is a lot a negotiating on the trout's behalf.
Thx Smartsettle for the presentation. with increasing use of internet in almost all spheres as we surge ahead, I think e-negotiation is the way to go in solving even complex negotiations.
As you rightly mentioned, internet security is key in this.
