I've been hearing very loud sounds as well. The only reason why I heard it was cause my dog was freaking out so much I thought someone was messing with him. When I went outside I could hear this loud sound coming from what seemed like the sky. I also heard last night what sounded like a trumpet playing and when it died out it made a noise like if a machine ran out of power. It was really freaky!

Good video, we have a similar sound here in australia, i thought at first it was the airport or the ocean waves crashing down, but its not, it almost sounded like a tsunami roaring in. it starts off like a low bass rumble then it gradually gets louder for a couple of minutes and then subsides, weird stuff.. I've been hearing strange humming sounds, too. Only it's strange that all the videos I've seen all happen to be during day time or at the least, with some daylight still out. I tend to hear the rumbling late at night. The sound is so strange that I try to put it out of mind when I hear it, but from what I remember, I usually hear it no earlier than about midnight. I can't believe so many accounts I've seen are here in Florida! I'll be keeping two open ears tonight. . . .

Think about it, you called the airport and the lady said she doesn't hear the noise? I could hear it north of Lake Washington Rd that day and tell it was coming from the airport. She fed you a line. There is a company at the airport servicing jets.
@dmstrevor ok so according to you she fed me a line..so why would someone do that? just for servicing jets? why the cover up on something so normal? if i had several calls about something strange enough for several calls to come in i would ask about it and tell people to chill its just jet maintenance..so my question why the cover up? and who is this company?

I have been hearing this in Phoenix area for two weeks now, the first time on 10/14. It started around 8 pm. I thought it was a rave party or fireworks. There was a strong pulsating buzz and a really strong whooshing sound and much more. I thought maybe I was stroking out or something. By 2am it was sounding just like the tripods on War of the Worlds. I don't believe that, but I was, and still am, scared shit-less. It was loud the night before last and last night.
Looks like Northeast or Central Florida.
