Very nice, makes the camera shake and everything. I could do without green but that's just me. Duals will mellow it out and you can always use headers to open it up. Plenty of Mustang forums on the net to give ideas and of course, a billion exhaust videos on YouTube.

well i didnt install it myself. actually i just noticed u can see it, look under the car its the ONLY silver thing down there lol.

n u have to slice off the old muffler from the exhaust pipes and weld the new one onto it, so unless u r an expert welder i recommend getting it done at a shop :)

look at it this way. at pepboys they sell 40 series mufflers for 90$. plus tax about 98 rite? at the shp u get it for 110 flat + installation so u come out winning. they een have imitation for 75w/ins

i custom fit an intake filter(cone) onto the stock intake hose. other than that it has no mods. I recommend that u replace the stock y-pipe with and H-pipe n make it dual exhaust w/ the 2 flowmasters 40's series. thats wat i was gonna do w/ mine next but i gotta sell it :(

yup just replaced it. it would sound way better if i did all the pipe work, but its just the stock muffler changed to a 40 :)

thx bro. i paid 110$ for the muffler plus installation. just go to ur local muffler shop n see how much for a flowmaster 40 series. I can only imagine it'll sound much better w/ dual exhaust though
