You were already amazing, and you continue to improve! Why do you not already have a Cirque job? :-) A matter of stupid personal opinion maybe, but I say no on the headwear generally. I know in this instance it hearkens to Alegria, but it tends to such gender ambiguity. Part of what is so special about you is that you are a guy, executing skills usually only females perform so well. I think you should be proud of, and "play up", that aspect.
