I can see the collar bones, you are looking so small. And I love the elliptical climbing machine thingy-I feel like I've conquered the world when I'm done with it. Congrats on the smaller sizes and running!

I have thick hair as well so I guess I'll be fine because your hair doesn't look like its shedding much. Do you still get perms, if you get them at all? Because everyone keeps tell me to not put a perm in my final b4 surgery perm but i need it I haven't had one since November only thanks to the dominicans. Any who you look fabulous. And thanks for the videos!!!
yes i still relax my hair. i got a fresh relaxer 1 week before surgery. gotta keep it tight! but b/c my hair has thinned out, i dont have to relax it every 4 weeks like i used to. now about every 6-8 weeks. I use a regular perm and i condition it weekly with neutrogena hair mask, infusium 23 colorologie, and motions conditioner all at once. i love it!
Cobrratulationas, you look terrific. Gym is great. Hair grows back.
