  • everythings fine except when you bring that dumbbell down, use your other hand and bring it down slowly

  • Watch that right leg. You're pronating bad on that foot which might lead to knee problems especially given the depth you're doing. Try sitting back a bit more with the weight or bring that foot in slightly

  • When I do it I think I lean to the sides more (hard to tell 'cause of the camera angle).

    But I lean beacause I find I have to.

    So if I'm right and you aren't leaning to the side much, do you know how you manage it? And do you find you have to lean more as the weight gets heavier?

  • yeah sure but how heavy is that dumbell? for all i know that could be a balloon with helium in it. Whats the magnificence in that? the people need to know how heavy it is. The only reason I'm being harsh on you is that you a guy.

  • @kylepounds wait...this is coming from a guy who has vids posted of himself bench pressing 90 lbs and doing curls with only 35? Get over yourself. Also, who said he gives a damn about the weight used? the purpose of this vid could be to show proper technique...

  • @kylepounds bwahahahahahahaha!!!!! with good technique comes strength dick. with bad technique comes injury. you wouldn't last a day with some of my athletes.
