I went to your english website and noticed the the labor conditions page dosn't show up in Japanese writing. Just weird looking letters and squares. I was hoping to try and read it to practise my Japanese. Were you aware that it wasn't showing up?
The website is set to shift-jis encoding. Make sure you have east-asian language support enabled on your OS and your browser isn't forcing it to Unicode or UTF-8 or Western European. It looks fine here in Firefox 2.0.
