we have 4 New Zealand guys on our munster team and it was a great idea of them to do the Maori dance back. and for all you Idiots out there...it's not disrespectful because we have 4 NZ's. if 4 irish guys did it, it'd be disrespectful.

28, really!! thought you were a grumpy old timer. that said you could also be about 6 or maybe even 7. would explain the lack of maturity. hows that speellionggss??
And you, youre just an idiot, and your "lack of maturity" is exemplified by the ease with which you are impressed by a guy dancing with his tongue out. Did you ever actually play this game? Or are you just a cheerleader on the touchline?
you are gay. you know nothing of pride or of munster. stop talking about thing you know nothing of. Basically just never speak again cos you only sound stupid whenyou talk
goofus, i played tighthead for 28 years. how old are you? oh you'll be 28 in a couple of years. i guess i know more about it than you. and those guys look like the village people. the all blacks have been doing that silly dance since i can remember and that doesn't make any less gay. By the way do you speak english as a second language or did you just forget to proof read your crazy rant?
you know more because you are older hahaha how childish old guy. great ocassion. id say you are a grumpy old teacher, worried about spellin oops, im not surprized your a bit loopy playin tighthead for so long
no. sorry to say they don't boradcast rugby in my country. makes me sick personaly. I played for years but i can't follow it. I envy you guys that get to see it. how bout you give me the play by play? :D
Allblack team have won a lot of friends over here. Jonah Lomu's work behind the scenes needs to be mentioned, heard him speak, what a true gentleman. Well done Munster, I gave my ticket away to a friend who better not forget it!!!!
O for awesome!!! thats what rugby is all about, no mind games no rubish talk just good hard men sluggin it out on the park and no doubt havin a pint in the sheds after it
brilliant performance, both teams showed great rugby. in a 30th anniversary hoping munster would repeat the same upset they did 30 years ago. all the best for both teams... :)
Well said Kele, Im a Proud Munster supporter and i was gutted with the result last night but woke this morning and realised it wasn't about the result but the occasion ! Both your players and fans have a new respect in my heart...A true credit to world rugby
thats right, they were playing for Ireland, what happened in that game when they played the All Blacks? Dont get me wrong, i am now a fan of Munster, i just replying to yourhuckleberry212 who was claiming that it was a 1st string AB's team that played
i dont downgrade the black jersey...An all black is a all black...piri weepu isnt a second rate joe rocks isnt a second rate player, that team was solid...i hope you understand my view jandal. mccaw and carter are awesome players but they arent the all blacks...any one that wears one deserves to be respected as our best.
Saw the game in Donegal. Never felt so far from and so close to home at the same time. Proud to be Munster. Full credit to NZ. Sporting throughout and afterwards.
I am just back from this game tonight and when I saw Douggiw and the lads step out of the line my heart went through my chest. I was nearly crying watching it only for the deafening roar to bring me back. It was the best experience of my life being at that game tonight and one I will never ever forget. To be from Munster makes me more proud than anything!! What a fuckin match!
Thats a generous comment antonposa... I suppose the crowd helped munster too.. consider that the Munster team were missing 10or 11 of their first team due to involvement with the Irish squad.. argie match the w'end. It was special but the All Blacks made it all the more specia.. even if it was a second string team too.
I think that, regardless of the teams' strengths, this game really reminds people what the game is about. You're right - the crowd had a lot to do with it. But you could also tell the game meant a lot to the players. They played with passion and guts and I think that's what the game should be remembered for.
I didn't even care about the score in the end. If Munster got up in the end, I'd still be clapping!
Lots of my mates have played in Ireland and they've all loved the culture. (And Guiness)
Munster rugby are an inspiration of the highest standard.. I have never been prouder to say am a life long Munster supporter.. This loss is just another reason why they'll win the Heineken Cup again..
it was history , wasn't it??? munster team members putting it up to the all blacks... aye. history in the making...wheres the commentary???/ absoluuuuuuuuuuuutely luuuuveed it
The 4 maori's had sought and got permission from home to do this.

what a nail bitter...i think i saw the game of the tour! that all black team was no second string team, what a great effort munster. im glad we won!
We need more club games like this on international tours what a great way of giving back to rugby @ grass roots.
seriously the game of rugby was the winner on the day and munster made a new KIWI fan! MUNSTER ROCKS!
yourhuckleberry212 3 years ago

As a kiwi ex-pat living in Australia, this blows me away.
It just goes to show how strong Munster's rugby culture really is. No wonder top Southern Hemisphere players are lining up to be a part of it!
Performing the haka gives players an enormous boost, so whoever's idea it was to let the boys break rank and return the challenge, genius.
Munster, you've done yourself proud. Best of luck for your upcoming competitions.
