@marionicolas93 mm I don't know all that much latin, only medical terms and a few sentances and sayings. But no matter what kind of latin it is, you still have to he taught it ;) and if the teacher can still pronounce it differently than it originally should (not many use latin these days, and those that does are more than likely mixed with other languages in some ways.. language is constantly changing :P just thought I'd explain what I meant :P

Well, I've learnt it in a bit different way - Classical (Roman, original) and Traditional (Middle Ages), for example, in classical ae was something like ay, in traditional is 'e', etc, can't explain it properly here, but I think that in Catholic Church nowadays they really have a pronunciation a bit distinct from both.

I was born into an atheistic family and I'm proud of it, because it gave me a chance to find my own way, nobody forced me to believe in something i couldn't - as a little child (not saying that now it's much diferent) - understand. Who can say which religion is the "right"? Maybe all of them are, the basic princip for a one person (not church or whatover) is to have some certainty or something to rely on, where we will find it, it should be only our choice.
@ohlava I can tell you my whole family is Roman Catholic and I wasn't forced at all to become one. Having to go to church on Sunday's is not forcing, otherwise families shouldn't "force" kids to go to school.

But no matter what kind of latin it is, you still have to he taught it ;) and if the teacher can still pronounce it differently than it originally should (not many use latin these days, and those that does are more than likely mixed with other languages in some ways.. language is constantly changing :P just thought I'd explain what I meant :P

@Sonjayu Historically, there are two pronunciations for Latin language: Classical pronunciation and Catholic Church pronunciation; they are quite similar, but some differences exist.
The pronunciation you hear in the song is the one by Catholic Church, because the one who speak is a priest and the phrases you hear are a part of the prayer "Pater Noster"

Well, I've learnt it in a bit different way - Classical (Roman, original) and Traditional (Middle Ages), for example, in classical ae was something like ay, in traditional is 'e', etc, can't explain it properly here, but I think that in Catholic Church nowadays they really have a pronunciation a bit distinct from both.

Very interesting discussion. I was born into an atheistic family and I'm proud of it, because it gave me a chance to find my own way, nobody forced me to believe in something i couldn't - as a little child (not saying that now it's much diferent) - understand. Who can say which religion is the "right"? Maybe all of them are, the basic princip for a one person (not church or whatover) is to have some certainty or something to rely on, where we will find it, it should be only our choice.

I hate the religous message everywhere, but in every religion, there is some good willings...the problem is that this good message served the most awful behaviours afterwards! yeah but jesus christ have warned the christians that another prophet is going to be the last!! but unfourtunatly christians have claimed that jesus was the son of god!! and that he died!! in the qurran words of god it says that jesus is alive and he's with god!! and u definetly a fool to not believe who created u and the world surrounding u!! then how life works?? adam and hawa was the first and we are the sons of them!! and guess what?? that includes u too!! haha i know that u wont believe me!

I'm agree with you on one point: we got a commun ancestor, but it was a bacterial (much less glorious than two golden giant longing in a luxurous garden, he?). First please let me say it takes a whole lot more faith to believe that a bacterium evolved over time into a human, than to believe that the Triune God (Father, Son, and Holy Spirit) created the world.
to DarkPassion: Jesus is the Son of God. We as Christians do not believe that He is dead. He died, yes, but he rose again to life on the third day. He conquered the devil by His sacrifice on the cross, and He defeated death by rising again to life. He did it to save you, me, and everyone.

I hate many things in religion, but, here, because you are Muslim, I'm not gonna talk of the two others, but yours. The ONE thing above all the rest that I hate in the Coran is how women are treated. Like beasts! a man can have all the women he want's and have fun with his friends. A woman has to be hidden behind veils, get her clito cut and stay imprisoned...
