hmm, rather shallow definition for what's "useful" don't you think? and rather judgmental about the usage of items. the "conventional" sense of what cupcakes are made for is surely to be food that we consume. But on the other hand, can't it serve other purposes. In this case, the artist was simply presenting an idea of using cupcake as cannon. and I think cupcakes, at least in this video, have served their purposes. waste, that just sounds darn right degrading for cupcakes!

This would have been awesome if the video editing was done differently. For the majority of the video RIGHT before the cupcake impact the clip cuts and shows another 'scene'. The whole awesomeness of this concept centers around people getting rocked by cupcakes.... which was strangely absent from a huge chunk of the video.

Now if your point was to build tension by not showing the actual impact, I understand the idea, but it went too far. A shorter use of this idea would have been sufficient.
