it works but it lacks calibration out of the box I may move onto to kde netbook remix because I am looking for something more for a nicer finger friendly os

If you look at the mac os x 10.5 snow lepord

the 10.04 Kubuntu remix will look very similer.

you will have to wait till 30.4.10 before its released.. Over all Windows XP too old, Vista too slow, windows v7 very bland, thats my opinion.

@novelldesktop windows 7 dose look kinda bland but there alway to make it better but i like ubuntu for all the cool stuff you can do with it

I know it is a netbook remix but would this actually be good for a tablet pc? If not what tablet pc os would you recommend that is a linux distro

Will ubuntu based linux work on the touchscreen, i presume your dell is touchscreen.
