  • Reply from Sydney Australia. I didnt take any photographs....

  • may i iask something? is it visible here in phil? because the moon is only half like D.

  • @broadbrand1 yes that mean the other half is eclipse, other wise the Moon is full moon today, wait and see after a couple hours then you see the full moon

  • Is it visible for the Eastern side of the US?

  • @ToastOfTheBurnt527 no its not visible...

  • It was visible in the eastern united states. I saw the eclipse in Florida when the moon set.

  • its 7:20 here, no moon yet.

  • @broadbrand1 thats bacause the moon is still bellow horizon in Philippines, give it a couple more mins, or maybe you need to be in higher places to see it, providing the weather is good.

  • i hope i can watch it also here. its raining until now. :( jealous.

  • Eclipse is happening in Sydney...right this minute....8.42pm 26/6/2010

  • thanks. how many minutes it will lasts? the weather here is bad, its raining hope i can see it. :|

  • @broadbrand1 the totality lasts about 2.5 hours from the very start to the end so where you endes at 9:50 PM, so you have plenty of time to enjoy it unless weather ruin it

  • yes the eclipse starts now. were u from? im from phil but i dont think it will also appear here.

  • @broadbrand1 I live in UK, unfortunately we can not see it here, yes you will see it in Philippines as I told you starts 7:20 PM and right now I m watching it in your location through my Planetarium,

  • is it visible also in the philippines?

  • @broadbrand1 yes it is visible in Philippines and it starts there 7:20 PM, when the moon starts to rise in the SE horizon, i.e when the moon rises already in eclipse

watch out for it in that time, very low in horizon

  • but i liv in phoenix arizona will i be able to see it??/????=(

  • @Blood16KC The totality starts in Phoenix Arizona, around 4:20 AM in the morning very low in SW horizon, unfortunately the Moon sets b4 you can enjoy the rest of totality

  • wha time is it

  • @Blood16KC well if you live in Western US, place like California it will be around 3:20 AM, ie in the morning, unfrotunately meaning you have to be awake to watch it...

  • how long?

  • @Javierjahve well the totality from the start to the end lasts for about 2:5 hrs, but remember this is a partial one as you can see from the video just the top half of the Moon is covered not all of the Moon..

  • @KurdstanPlanetarium the eclipse start now right?

  • @Javierjahve well it depends where you are, yes the partial face of the eclipse starting now, i.e when moon enteres Penumbra, and one can not see this unless watching it through a telescope, and the totality starts in an hours time

  • Is it probably going to be visible in the Eastern U.S.? It's 1:20 in the morning and I hope I'm not staying up all night for nothing!!!

  • @ANGRYCATATTAX no it will not be visible in Eastern US, so you dont have to wait for it, unless in nationl TV if they show it live elsewhere...

  • Thanks, nice video :-) Rating Lke

  • hi!! do you know at what time will the eclipse be seen in mexico? i think it's at 6:00 am approximately but i'm not sure :S

  • Hi, a big thank you for your video. Ireland's Druidschool

  • @DruiEiru you welcome...Sumer Solistice is coming, time for your ancient Druids rituals

  • @KurdstanPlanetarium it is for sure, see the druidschool website for details of this year event and our youtube DruidSchool for videos of what we did over the last few years. I've added a link to your video on my press releases page and its in my newsletter to members. Thank you again.

  • @DruiEiru Thanks I 'll check it out

have you seen my other video about the Total solar eclipse on 11 July...its here as a video response to this video

  • @KurdstanPlanetarium Ah - the dark moon eclipse just 2 weeks after the full moon eclipse - it astrological effect on Pluto could cause panic in some places. We will be on Tara for a full moon ceremony at 8pm Irish time. While not visible in Ireland I wonder what electro-magnetic effect it will have on the other side of the planet i.e. where we live? Xlnt imaging - well done.

  • @DruiEiru unfortunately both of the elipses can not be seen from Europe and much of Northern hemisphere...

  • @KurdstanPlanetarium This is true, I'm well aware of this being an Astrologer for over 30 years - I also watch the night sky as an amateur astronomer, in Gaelige this is called An Nealadoir which translates directly as cloudwatcher but means sky, day and night watcher... With neither eclipse being visible in Europe, I wonder if the electro-magnetic effect of these eclipses on Europe is being discussed at all? Especially with Pluto being involved...... Your imagery is xlnt. Thank you.

  • Beautiful and illuminating in all senses of the word.

Thank you for making this available.

  • So beautiful at about 1:00 when the Moon goes behind Earth, and you realize this is the view from the Sun. Thank you so much, KurdstanPlanetarium.

  • @aldenbuzz you welcome friend...
