@SouthBankBoy1 Actually they had nothing else to do with Abruzzi, he was supposedly going to go to Italy right before he died. If they hadn't killed him off then he would've just gotten a happy ending, but instead they used him as an example to demonstrate Mahone's ruthlessness.

remember they knew how to do plastic surgery on people to make them look exactly like others.
