  • you spelled "rong" wrong hahaha.

Ralph Nader, Mike Gravel..... the uth

  • uth,,,, get it... uth,,,, haha Truth

  • To the mayor,

If your party "democrats" does not want to lose, then you have to be more progressive..PERIOD!

People vote for people like Nader, Gravel, etc... because they are the MOST progressive.

Democrats are in line with big business, just like Republicans. Sad, but true

  • Its pronounced GonTHaleTH.

  • These cowardly politicians and 'thinkers' put forward the weakest possible argument for not voting for the ones they themselves seem to be endorsing: "they're too smart and articulate to stand a chance of being elected".

Give the US voters some credit, you condescending buffoons.

  • Newsom is a darling of the corrupt democratic party. The only reason he beat out Matt Gonzalez was b/c a bunch of democratic heavy hitters threw their weight around and hooked him up with the funds.

Nader/Gonzalez get people thinking. Who are we? What do we stand for? They inspire me to be a more active citizen.

  • I can't believe what the Newsom said, about Nader being a spoiler. Gee, bitter much? Sound to me like SOMEBODY'S tail feathers were ruffled in the last mayoral race. Get over it! Have you forgotten that the election wouldn't have gone to Gore no matter what? I mean, W's brother was the governor of the state where there was widespread voter fraud, the state which "won" the election for him. Plus, it would help if the candidates actually had platforms that I could agree with, as Nader/Gonzalez do.

  • Nader/Gonzalez do raise the level of political discourse. Nader is polling at 6%; 15% among progressives (Zogby). Why is that? It may be due to the current corporate dominated double speak. If Nader continues to pull 5% he will qualify for the Presidential debates against McCain or Clinton/Obama. Voters by the millions may for the first time hear clear communication about military bloat, single payer healthcare and Washington, DC as corp dominated territory. There may be hope yet!

  • God I hope so!!

  • Don't listen to this man, he is mistaken! People, look into for yourself. Anyone can run, remember our freedoms. Say NO to Bullys and yes to Nader.

  • We have to stop calling Nader and Gonzalez spoilers and being scared of them taking away votes......I AM HAPPY IF THEY DO GET THE VOTES!

I dont like Obama, Clinon, Or McCain.....I would love to see Nader kick butt!

But...I am voting for a true leader....

    MIKE GRAVEL FOR PRESIDENT!

  • I like Gravel, I supported him. But now Gravel is done.

Doesnt it make more sense for us Progressives to rally behind Nader. He's a great man. And by the way, he's also our best hope of seeing a Progressive in the White House. Gravel just doesnt have the ground support, he just doesnt. And if he hasnt gotten it by now, he never will. But Nader does. And I know youre gonna bring up NI4D, but Nader has said he supports the idea also.

So why not let your voice be truely heard. Support Ralph Nader

  • Man I like Obama. I LOVE Nader & Gonzalez.... but I just can't stand Mike Gravel lol. Policy wise, yeah he's great, but I'd definately prefer someone other than Gravel with the same platform.

  • I shouldn't be shocked by the fact that this mayor still doesn't understand that Nader only played a small factor in Gore losing the 2000 election. It just shows the lack of intelligence or the corrupt "lying" of yet another elected political figure.
