You have a good voice, and you have nice vowels (a rare commodity). Watch the power high notes. It may be the cold you had, but they sound TOO forced. I don't know if you warmed up first, but I would definitely suggest it- it will help you stay in tune as well as help with the high notes. You have a gorgeous tone on the verses! Keep singing!

Ohh I almost forgot, I don't think you should change your look. However, the truth of the matter is, until you are famous, any sort of 'different' look will take away from your voice. While you putting on makeup doesn't make your voice better or worse, other people's impression of how you look will change the way they listen. It sucks, it's stupid, but it's the truth. So just be prepared for it. Otherwise, I think you're very pretty.
