One group say Allah has a hand, but not in the literal meaning. They mean that this hand is figuratively speaking, like: my fate lies in your hands.

The second group says that this hand is in the literal meaning but it is not like ours. So, the hands of Allah has different shape, colour, different fingers, different size etc. This is Kufr, because this is attributing a jism to Allah. Allah is not a jism

Since Allah exists without a place/direction, it is impossible that He has/is jism. Most of the Salaf as Saalih did Tafweed. They didn't give a specific meaning to Yad, Waj.

Imam Abu Haniefa clearly said in al Fiqh Akbar:

'He added to Himself meanings of Yad, Wajh, and Nafs; as Allah Ta‟ala mentioned in the Qur‟an. Hence, what Allah Ta‟ala mentioned about the Yad, Wajh, and Nafs, are meanings He added to Himself, without a “how” (modality).

Yad without a how, it can never mean: hand

Yad, Waj has plural meanings. If we take them literally (i.e. hand, face), we are attributing jism to Allah. A jism entails place and direction. You can't have a jism that is not in a place/direction. Allah exist without a place/direction, the Salaf clearly said this. The creation is a Jism. Allah doesn't resemble the creation, so He is automatically not a jism. Since He is not a jism, Yad (which has 25 meanings) for example can't be translated with hand (i.e. Jism)

Imam Ja'far at-Tahawiy (from the Salaf) said:

‘Allah is utterly clear of all Boundaries, Extremes, Organs, Sides and Instruments. The Six Directions do not CONTAIN Him, as they CONTAIN all created things.’ [Aqidah Tahawiyyah]

This totally destroys the claim of the wahabis/so called salafies who believe Allah has organs and is in a direction.Allah says in the Quran Yad, Wajh. These words has plural meanings, you interpretted them as: Hand, face.
