Male capercaillies what you see in this film are having trouble about mating territory. When the females are in heat, a male capercaillie will even attack a grown man, and believe me it really hurts when they knock your shin with the beak. A very territorial bird during mating season. will also attack cars :O!

If you look closely it's almost like something you'll see off a horror movie...the eagle is obviously a Jeepers Creeper's like villain.
