@bugsme10 thanks so much. i have a lil' bit of a phobia swimming under water. lol i can do it if i really want to, but i rather do it in a pool than in the sea. and it's always very hard when i put my head in the water at first. i practice in the bathtub and pool though. lol

@tripfunkmonster awwww thanks so much. my son made those shots while i was drivin' there is an autumn version of this very same beach in my uploads. we just watched it with my mom. i wanna make a winter one too, but i'm not inclined to go out there in the winter. especially not in the past winter. brrrrrrrr

@Anyu7378: Believe it or not, my favorite time of the year to go to the beach is actually winter. It's peaceful. It's always been a place of creativity for me. The couple of beaches closest to my house are in wooded areas near the Nissequoge River. One is at the mouth of the river, near the L.I. Sound. Another favorite (besides Ft. Tryon Park) is West Meadow Beach in Oldfield. It has great sunsets that would be perfect if not for LIPA stacks.
