Ah, Battletoads. Own this game myself. Never beat it. And I did use the Crows/Ravens on stage 2 to get 1-ups aswell.

Have you played Ninja Gaiden or let alone, BEATEN THEM? While it is a popular brutally difficult game, I wouldn't say that it has alot of flaws and problems that make harder. Sure, it has it's re-spawning enemies, but as most people would know, alot of games have re-spawning enemies. The only problem they have with them, in my opinion is the over-the-top and masochistic final bosses that Ninja Gaiden has to offer.

If you kill very fast first 2 monsters in ragnarok's canyon and run fast to the right side you can open warp gate.

Also, Battle Toads is only in American Version so hard (dunno about the Europian, than it came out), unlike the Japanese Version, who is much tamer..
