This is VERY GOOD chicken! Since I used thin breast fillets I placed the Pyrex over a bain marie to keep it from drying out. I did add a touch of fresh pressed garlic to the sauce since I had some on hand... Will definitely make again. Again, THANK YOU!

I stayed on induction and have now lost 43 pounds I have used this recipe many times to help me get there it is so good and makes the chicken so tender...thanks for all your hard work on making these videos...keep them coming~Rebecca

I really enjoy watching all of your videos however, your husband (while he's recording you) is rubbing the camera against something because it's making a squeaking noise which is quite annoying. But I like watching you. Try listening to the video's and you will hear what I am talking about.

Timeah62--it's baking in my oven right now. I usually make this at least once a week because it is soooo easy and it tastes really good. Today we topped it with some unsweetened coconut and crushed pork rinds to give it a crunchy top. Not sure how it will turn out but I'll let ya know!

Sounds like it will be awful mayo and lemon and vinegar but have got to try this, less than a carb a breast sounds good to me :0)
